This cowboy style cross draw / horizontal carrying knife features full tang construction having 3" cutting edge and 7" overall length. The knife is hand made using Knives Ranch's exclusive Damascus steel, which is forged in 240 layers using AISI 5160 high carbon spring steel and AISI 4340 chromium molybdenum alloy steel. The 1/8" thick blade is designed as straight back for skinning, paring, deboning and various other cutting operations. The ergonomically crafted 3-3/4" handle is built with dyed cattle shin bone for smooth grip and exotic feel. The 2mm thick brown micarta fiber is lined under the bone scales for extra strength and esthetic finish. A high-quality oil finished snug fit sheath made of vegetable tanned cow leather is added to carry this amazing knife in a safe horizontal position.
