These simple Gold cartilage hoops are made by hand using 14 Karat Yellow Gold wire with a tiny bead made of Sterling Silver. They measure 1 cm diameter, which wraps fairly tight around the lobe. They work great for an upper ear cartilage piercing or a second hole piercing, or just a simple everyday hoop to put in and leave in. They have been lightly hammered flat on one end which nicely slips over to cover the other end. To put on, bend open, put on, and bend back closed. The drawback of these, it they will eventually bend out of shape if you put them on and off frequently. The benefit of these, it that they stay on well so there is little worry about loss, also there is no clasp to get caught on things. Also, they are light and very comfortable to wear. These are the perfect hoop for someone who wants to have a comfortable hoop for everyday wear.
